TRANSLATION SERVICES
We translate documents from a variety of industries, including: accounting, legal, manufacture, medical, automotive, marketing, tax, mining, telecommunications, information technology and many more.
We also have translators in specialized fields, such as mining (Japanese, Mandarin), medical (English), manufacturing (Japanese), law (English), among others.
DOCUMENT TYPE AND FORMAT
We accept a variety of documents, including:
- Personal documents, such as: birth certificates, diplomas and school transcripts, ID cards, driver’s licences, pre-marital affidavits, pre-nuptial agreements, marriage documents, family ID cards, passports, death certificates, etc.
- Business documents, such as: deeds of incorporation, articles of association, audit reports, financial statements, minutes of general meetings of shareholders, promotional materials, agreements, presentations, work procedures, transfer pricings, work standards, quality manuals, user manuals, and others.
We accept both soft copy and hard copy files.

At this time, we provide services in the following languages: Arabic, Bengali, Dutch, Danish, English, Italian, Japanese, German, Korean, Mandarin, French, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tetum, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and many more.
AUTHORIZED & SWORN TRANSLATORS
We ensure that authorized and sworn translators are used for every legal document translation. As evidence of this, each page of the translated document is signed and sealed by the relevant translator.
We work with authorized and sworn translators for: Arabic, Dutch, English, Japanese, German, Mandarin and French.
NATIVE SPEAKER TRANSLATORS
For documents translated into various languages, we rely on experienced and competent native speaker translators.
At this time, we engage native speakers in the following languages: Arabic, Bengali, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Russian, Tetum, Thai, and Vietnamese.
TIME TO COMPLETION
Before accepting a translation project, we provide an estimation of price and time to completion. Should you require completion within a short duration of time, we provide express and semi-express services.
REVISIONS
We do not charge extra for revisions if the request is made during the period of guarantee, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the translated document (Terms and Conditions apply).
However, if revisions are requested as a result of changes or additions made to the original document being translated, these revisions are regarded as additional material, and as a result will incur an added fee.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your documents are safe with us. We will not disseminate or reveal their content to anyone, either during or after the period of work. If required, we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
TRANSLATION FEES
Each pair of languages for translations has their own designated fee. Please contact us regarding the exact language you require for the specific fee for that particular language.
SERVICE STAGES
- Contact
At this stage, we request our clients to provide the following information :
– the source document in, and the language would you like it to be translated into
– when translated document is needed
– the specific qualifications of the translator
– the volume/amount of material to be translated - Price Quotation/Estimation
After receiving all the relevant information, we will provide a Price Quotation/Estimation to our client. At this stage, negotiations are welcome, and revisions of fee may occur until a deal is reached. - Order
After reaching an agreement on the fee, including terms and conditions, the client is requested to send an official offer to us, with a signed Price Quotation or Purchase Order. - Translation
The translation process begins, including checks and editing. - Sending of the translated document, either in soft copy form, and/or hard copy form if our sworn translator services are being used
- Confirmation
The client confirms receipt of the translated document.
PAYMENT
The Republic of Indonesia Regulation No.7/2011 article 21 states:
1) The Indonesian Rupiah shall be used in :
a. Each transaction for the purposes of payment
b. The settlement of any other obligations that must be met with money; and or
c. Any other financial transactions that occur within the region of the United Republic of Indonesia.
As a result, we only accept your payment in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash or other agreed upon methods.
